The Miss NOC Scholarship Pageant

The 2020 Miss NOC Scholarship Pageant will not be held in October this year due to the cancellation of the Miss America and Miss Oklahoma Pageants. Carli Pendleton (Miss NOC Tonkawa) and Emily Hall (Miss NOC Enid) will both serve another year in their respective positions. Miss NOC Pageant Registration Form:

Download the registration forms (to the right) for Miss NOC Tonkawa and Miss NOC Enid.  Complete the forms, save a backup copy to your desktop and email as an attachment to shannon.varner@noc.edu. Contestants will also need to provide a copy of their birth certificate and transcript.
