The Northern Oklahoma College Foundation seeks private support by establishing lifelong relationships with its donors, alumni and friends, while supporting the mission of Northern Oklahoma College and providing financial assistance and quality educational experiences to our students, programs and employees. Your support can provide the funds needed for student, employee, facility and program support. Below is a list of greatest needs for each support area. Student Support:

The Northern Oklahoma College scholarship program is divided into two areas; merit-based and need-based. Merit-based scholarship awards recognize and reward excellence to students who have demonstrated exceptional academic achievement or who have demonstrated talent in such areas as sports and fine arts. These awards are offered each year to qualified students whose participation, academic achievement and/or leadership efforts merit recognition. Employee Support:

  • Employee Professional Development
  • Giving opportunities through the Oklahoma State Regents of Higher Education Regents’ Endowment Fund
                            

• Chair – an honor bestowed to elite faculty members by college established at $250,000 minimum.
 

• Professorship – a named professorship recognizing distinguished faculty established at $125,000 minimum.
 

• Lectureship – held by a faculty member who had demonstrated exceptional teaching skills and insightful knowledge of a particular subject matter established at the $25,000 minimum.
